What if…………..Wednesday #3

What if… won the Powerball Jackpot? 337 Million Dollars. After taxes it was 152 Million. What would you do with it? Would you help anyone? Would you still live where you live?

Anything that starts with, “If” is a story..and so I am aware that I never did or would win any its safe to think aloud…

What if.. Wednesday….. where was I, right 🙂 on the first step of dream land !! won millions paid in millions the tax 😉 now what I never earned , had to be given away in not really like a dream..but then due to tax department ever pressing demand..let Tax enter the world of paid far so  good..What would I do :))

I will try to find out various investment plans..for I know cash sitting for long will get taxed..again 🙂

Secured the cash flow and then find a charity sign off tax 🙂 no wonder I never  win any lottery..such a calculative mind seldom can pray for a miracle. okay..income secured , tax whats my goals for this huge amount in millions.

I would form a social group..where young students can borrow money for their tution with boarding all over the world..yes sort of  a loan..and later they can pay back..

I would also  like to form a team, all professionals..architects, accountants, engineers, lawyers and find a way or develop a system for improving the way people think and progress…Yes..people should be conscious of what is good and bad..then they should also get some valuable insight ..for developing their taking care of their families/relatives /neighbours and city..Every social improvement must have a direct effect on city’s development.

Then..I would like to purchase farm land and do some genetic work on cash crop is important..

Lastly, I would try all my innovative ideas  for  future. My favourite is, to have windows without glass panes..yes to have a window with only opening and air filtered through pores to be used to form a film…second is to be able to do telepathy and get a feel of a place from somewhere else..third is…to have cash free economy..yes..invisible transition..people get paid but there is no cash/ banks..just value added for your work :)) and so on and so  forth..since I will not be pressed for money..I can think about more innovative ideas and work with my team for implementation..and if it 😉

if..I did win I will go around the universe but prefer to stay at earth :))

There is many a slip between the cup and the lip :)))))))))))

Daily Post/Daily Prompt INTJ

Do parties and crowds fill you with energy, or send you scurrying for peace and quiet?

I am a party lover. I like to organize and attend parties. I love the people, dresses and music. ofcourse, who can forget the food.

Parties are a great way to dress up , meet people and relax. Dance parties are even better, we reduce  our weight although we ate a lot. I do talk, but not continously, after all we must all breathe :)))

I like to invite almost everyone, people from different walks of life, bring variation in crowd. So, I get energized with parties and remain in the party mood for some time after the party ..

Parties makes me want to look good, this helps in personal grooming, so yes I am all for parties.

Social Organization Vs Profit Margins

Non-Profit Organization, formed for the bettermentof society. How much profit margins it should have and what is the measure of its  target accomplishment. Earlier, as the name says it, “Non-Profit” meant  no profit. But, in any establishment the sponsors can not be the only source for the running/ growth of the set up.

The social or health causes for example, cancer, AIDS, homeless children and so on and so forth the list continues and so does the number of socially oriented organization. The returns versus investments for generating funds , has a limitation usually based on impatience of those who expects work to result fast. But, speed is not a factor of concern if the returns surpass the contributions that maybe possible by sponsors fund .

So, let us return to main focuss. How much profit should be for the organization and where should it be used. The over head or the people who are involved with the organization must get a renumeration competitive with the normal organization pay scale, for making the work force of a high calibre. And also, they must have adequate budget for the projects undertaken.

One main aspect is accoutability. If suppose an organization onvolves rural women in engaging them for handicraft work, pays them 1% and keep 99 % for the organization development, this sharing makes the very aim for the inception of the organization a mockery. It shows that the label ” enpowerment of women” is to use for making higher profits for those  involved in the running of the project.

Social work or charity  based organization is not a penance for those minting money, but it is also not to be an organization that uses the vulnerable group and doesn’t channel the fund for the goals. Advertisement for promotion is good for more people means better support, however, signing off huge amount of money in name of promotional work doesn’t sound great.

In the end of the day, we want honesty and transparency of the social organization. A free and easy access to its accounts and see how it effects or helps the cause it was made for in the beginning.
